Hi there, I'm Adam!

I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology and was trained by a Psychiatrist for 2 years. I use a variety of techniques and tools. Therapy is typically 8-16 weeks. Around 8 weeks, your symptoms should be going from Severe to Moderate, and at 16-18 weeks, moderate to mild. I practice from a faith-based perspective, but all are welcome.

My focus

I specialize in Mental Health Evaluations, including court-mandated veterans seeking mental health benefits from the VA, FOID card requirements in Illinois, disability claims, drug/alcohol abuse, parenting, and other related reasons. Mental health evaluations vary in price depending on the purpose and time spent completing them.

My approach

60% of why you get better in therapy is the therapeutic relationship, and the other 40% is the techniques to reprogram how you have been operating until now. This is where you learn to love and like yourself, maybe for the first time.
