I work with young adults and up who are struggling to enjoy activities they once loved, adjusting to major life changes, or working through significant loss. Together, we'll address your needs, develop a treatment plan, and work to improve your overall well-being. I have experience supporting people of color, women, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

I draw from Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Based, Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment, and Dialectical Behavioral approaches.
