I work with adults of all ages and specialize in anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy and work collaboratively with you to find the approach that works best for you.

I find that most people seek out therapy when going through a transition or a particularly stressful time. I enjoy working with adults of all ages who are looking for help finding their way back to happiness.
