Hi there, I'm Daniel!

In a modern world where it is easy to lose touch with ourselves and others, I believe it is important to create a compassionate environment through being authentic, warm, and nonjudgmental. From this space, I offer a collaborative relationship through which I am committed to helping you move toward whatever matters most to you.

My focus

I work with those suffering from anxiety, shame, depression, substance use problems, anger management difficulties, or psychosis. I also work particularly well with those who are self-reflective or seeking to build upon their psychological health, as well as those seeking a deeper understanding of their financial psychology.

My approach

I blend cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic approaches for meaningful change. I use CBT and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help you accept internal experiences and engage in actions guided by your core values. My psychodynamic work analyzes relational patterns from earlier experiences that surface in our therapeutic relationship.
