It would be an honor to support you in growth and healing. I specialize in working with trauma and utilize an array of approaches to find what's going to work for each client. My sessions are always client-centered and focused on what you need in the present moment.
My focus
If you have been struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harming, relationship struggles, and any other trauma-related symptoms, there is help. Together, we will explore symptoms and find effective ways of coping with and decreasing symptoms.
My approach
I utilize Somatic Experiencing methods, DBT, CBT, and aspects of psychoanalysis under the umbrella of trauma-informed care. We work at a pace and subject matter you feel comfortable with. We can even address traumatic experiences and PTSD symptoms without you having to discuss what happened, if it feels like too much.
