Hi there, I'm Lisa!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor currently licensed in West Virginia and South Carolina. I am very passionate about helping clients work through their adverse childhood experiences (CPTSD) and helping them identify how those experiences are impacting them in the present.

My focus

My ideal clients are ages 21+. I do not see crisis clients due to my business being solely telehealth at this time. I love working with clients, mainly women, who feel like they are "stuck" in life.

My approach

I have worked in the school system, outpatient clinics, juvenile drug court, and now in private practice. I firmly believe that there is not a “one size fits all” type of therapy, but that the method of treatment will vary from person to person depending on their individual need.
