I have experience working in multiple settings, varying from low acuity to high acuity. Conditions that I am comfortable treating include depression, anxiety, attention/hyperactivity, adjustment disorders, panic, and many more.

I use a holistic approach when taking care of patients, considering all aspects of your well-being to create comprehensive care that addresses your unique needs.

I prefer to first listen, ask questions if needed, and then develop the care plan that meets all of the goals for the long-term client's success.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started my career in community mental healthcare and quickly fell in love with this work. I decided to continue my journey and obtain additional specialty training in psychiatry. We all struggle at times, and it takes enormous courage to seek and ask for help.
