I work with adults experiencing grief, trauma, addiction, crisis situations, suicidal thoughts, depression, and anxiety. My goal is to help you reduce symptoms and achieve greater life satisfaction.

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and other evidence-based models. These approaches help you build skills, shift perspectives, and create lasting change in your life.

My sessions are open and safe places to express feelings and share experiences without fear of judgment. Therapy is a collaboration where you're met right where you are, so we can build your best life as you envision your future.

During our first session, we'll complete an initial assessment to establish treatment goals that best meet your needs. I'll provide information about the therapeutic process and ensure you understand that therapy works best when skills learned in session are practiced in day-to-day activities.
