My journey to mental healthcare

I first became drawn to psychology in high school while coping with social anxiety. My professional and personal experiences with grief, parenting, and life stressors have strengthened my resolve to help clients grow and become more resilient.

My goals for you

I consider you the expert on yourself. You establish your own therapeutic goals with professional feedback from me when requested. I believe all clients possess the ability to self-actualize when provided the appropriate medium for growth.

Our first session

I call our first session a "get to know you session" where I learn about your presenting problem, background, personality, history, and support network. If you've had previous therapy, we'll discuss what was beneficial or disappointing.
