My journey to mental healthcare

I have a history in social work. I have worked with many populations and enjoy working with people in general. What keeps me going is learning every day and feeling the energy from the people I serve to the people I work with.

I get to know folks by discovering what is important to them, and then developing goals that work toward that value set.

During the first session, we will get to know each other. There are typically some questions about history and what led you to take this step. If clinically indicated, there are some assessments to complete. You will leave the session with some direction and some goals to work towards.
