I truly believe that therapy is one of the greatest gifts we can give to ourselves. I believe that all are worthy of taking care of one’s mental well-being and engaging in meaningful self-care tasks.

If you’ve ever struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, acceptance, and change, I can work with you to explore ways to shift thinking patterns and/or behaviors to improve your overall well-being.
My approach
In session, I frequently rely on different therapeutic approaches. I typically use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which allows for exploration of thoughts/feelings/behaviors. Other approaches that I often draw upon include dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and existential therapy.
