In every department of nursing I've worked in, I've seen a need for mental health support. That experience drives my commitment to helping individuals find balance and wellness through compassionate, informed care.

My focus

I work with ages 6 and up and am comfortable with most disorders, including depression, anxiety, Bipolar disorder, conduct disorder, ODD, PTSD, and Schizophrenia.

My approach

I approach mental health by seeing the individual, not labeling and treating the symptoms or disorder. I work holistically by implementing patient-centered care. Treatment involves patients being informed of their options and then collaborating together for the best option.

I build rapport with my patients and allow my patients to be comfortable sharing their symptoms.

My journey to mental healthcare

Untreated mental illness affects the physical and vice versa, and caring in shortage areas or underserved populations has been rewarding as I see patients functioning at their maximum capacity.
