My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began in the classroom teaching elementary students. I loved collaborating with parents and supporting social-emotional growth. That passion led me to pursue mental health counseling, where I've worked in community settings providing individual and group counseling.

My goals for you

We'll create a treatment plan together, identifying steps along the way. You'll determine how to celebrate milestones and prepare for hurdles, building resilience and momentum toward your goals.
