Hi there, I'm Eva!

I work with children, adolescents, and adults addressing ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, life changes, existential concerns, grief, and trauma. I prioritize your individual needs and use a person-centered approach to support self-discovery, healing, and growth. I believe you have the potential to unlock your unique path to fulfillment.

My focus

I support anyone seeking emotional health support or self-discovery. For children, I use play therapy and art therapy to help express emotions related to anxiety, stress, and trauma. With teens, I incorporate collage, talk therapy, and journaling. For adults, I create a safe space to address transitions, anxiety, stress, and loneliness.

My approach

I take a humanistic and collaborative approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Object-relational understanding, and Psychoanalytic analysis. Healing happens within the therapeutic relationship. I work to join you in self-discovery and actualization, providing a supportive and non-judgmental space.
