I know what it's like to lose a pet you loved. I work with adults who have experienced the loss of their pet and with ongoing challenges with anxiety and depression.

My goal is to offer a supportive environment where you can fully express yourself, gain insight, and take steps toward personal growth.

I’ve been working in the mental health field for 14 years, and the last 5 as a therapist.I believe life can be hard, but we don’t have to struggle through it alone.
