I have worked with all ages in individual, couple, and family counseling and have a background in substance and trauma. I earned an MA in Christian Counseling from Columbia Evangelical Seminary in 2000 and an MA in Community Counseling from Chadron State College in 2008. Since 2012, I have been a fully licensed mental health practitioner, holding multi-state credentials in good standing.

As a counselor and 18 year active duty military spouse, I understand how demanding and complex life can feel, especially when you’re used to holding a lot together for others.
