I am fairly eclectic in my practice, and pace at a level with which you feel comfortable. My specialties include Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Grief, Substance Abuse/Addiction, Self-Esteem, and Family of Origin issues.

I retired from community mental health to begin private practice part-time in 2020. Three main career tracks have been teaching, administration, and counseling. I am the author of several books and am currently writing one to help caregivers. I am also an ordained minister with my denomination and enjoy working with clients of most all ages.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in three states, with my primary being Arkansas. I've worked in community mental health since 1998, first as a paraprofessional and later as a professional. I believe you already have all the things necessary to heal. My job is to help you find and learn to use your resources.

Few of us make it through life without some degree of trauma. I am trained and experienced in working with complex trauma, PTSD, and the pain from bullying and rejection. I want to partner with you to understand what happened to you and how that has impacted your development and relationships.

I help clients work through anxiety, depression, grief, anger, substance use issues, relational conflict, and life transitions. For healing from trauma, I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting. I bring extensive experience in managing crisis situations and supporting people through their most challenging moments.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been licensed in Arkansas for the past 19 years. My current focus is working with adults and older adults who are working through the grief process, whether they are overwhelmed with a loved one's death or illness, the loss of a relationship, struggling with depression/anxiety, or any other diagnosis.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Benton, AR, fluent in English and Spanish. I help people heal from trauma, anxiety, and depression and rebuild their confidence and relationships. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where real healing can happen.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I hold licenses in Arkansas and Tennessee. I have been a therapist for 30 years. I currently work with clients via teletherapy.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help adults develop healthy coping mechanisms, improve relationships, regulate emotions, and manage difficult issues. I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges.
