I retired from community mental health to begin private practice part-time in 2020. Three main career tracks have been teaching, administration, and counseling. I am the author of several books and am currently writing one to help caregivers. I am also an ordained minister with my denomination and enjoy working with clients of most all ages.

Welcome, I have experience counseling families, couples, children, and individuals. I work with children and families in school settings, and with individuals and couples in private practice. I completed my internship working with children and adults in a hospital setting experiencing a crisis.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been licensed in Arkansas for the past 19 years. My current focus is working with adults and older adults who are working through the grief process, whether they are overwhelmed with a loved one's death or illness, the loss of a relationship, struggling with depression/anxiety, or any other diagnosis.
