I work to build deep empathy with my clients while providing mindfulness tools for anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, body image, self-esteem, relationship struggles, and grief.

I’ve been a therapist for a long time (19 years), and I love what I do. I graduated with a master’s of Social Work degree from UALR in 2006. I see my profession as a calling. One of my greatest joys is working with someone who begins to see that they have the power to change their life and find healing.

I have 15 years of experience as a substance abuse and trauma therapist, with years of experience working with adults and adolescents. He is a retired Army infantry sergeant and Purple Heart recipient. He has a secondary License in Alcoholism and Drug Abuse. He has been working in criminal rehabilitation and substance abuse for the past 12 years.
