I have 15 years of experience as a substance abuse and trauma therapist, with years of experience working with adults and adolescents. He is a retired Army infantry sergeant and Purple Heart recipient. He has a secondary License in Alcoholism and Drug Abuse. He has been working in criminal rehabilitation and substance abuse for the past 12 years.

My goal is to join clients in their journey for change by providing empathy, validation of experiences, and a spirit of exploration in a safe space. I believe that a holistic approach emphasizing an individual's strengths that considers unique needs and preferences is most effective for achieving lasting change.

I am semi-retired and have worked in Mental Health for over 30 years. I am trained in Trauma, Addiction, and Mood Disorders. I'm fairly straightforward in my technique and enjoy teaching relaxation and coping skills to lessen anxiety and empower others to achieve their goals.
