My vision from the time I decided to become a therapist at 15 years old has been to help our communities, their families, and their children adapt and adjust to the challenges of life and the healing from going through a traumatic experience.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have spent the last 44 years in the field of mental health and substance use doing direct service, supervision, management, and consulting. I have training and skills in a variety of evidence-based treatments, including the Gottman Method for relationships, DBT, CBT, Exposure therapy, and other modalities.
