I am a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, EMDR Therapist, and Clinical Hypnotherapist. As a Dallas Counseling provider, I specialize in Psychotherapy, EMDR Therapy.

I'm Katia, and my primary focus is working with individuals who experience anxiety, stress, depression, and general life adjustment issues. I come from a background consisting of over a decade of clinical and forensic experience, working with vulnerable populations and those afflicted with many types of mental health diagnoses and disorders. I obtained a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and have been practicing as a licensed professional since April of 2024.

I also help people decrease their anxiety so they can enjoy the present moment. I work well with those who have had past poor experiences in therapy.
