I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have spent the last 44 years in the field of mental health and substance use doing direct service, supervision, management, and consulting. I have training and skills in a variety of evidence-based treatments, including the Gottman Method for relationships, DBT, CBT, Exposure therapy, and other modalities.

I am a compassionate counselor supporting clients through emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. I specialize in working with individuals affected by trauma, neglect, and abuse, as well as children with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities.
