I take a fun, direct, and collaborative approach to help clients navigate anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, and life transitions—often with a little help from my 100-lb pit bull co-therapist, Maggie!

I come from a background consisting of over a decade of clinical and forensic experience, working with vulnerable populations and those afflicted with many types of mental health diagnoses and disorders. I obtained a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and have been practicing as a licensed professional since April of 2024.
