I am a compassionate counselor supporting clients through emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. I specialize in working with individuals affected by trauma, neglect, and abuse, as well as children with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities.

With 16 years of federal service with the Department of the Army and the Department of Veterans Affairs, providing psychotherapy and crisis intervention to active duty service members, veterans, and their families. I specialize in helping adults overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life challenges using evidence-based treatment.

I am a Licensed Independent Counselor and a Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor (LIAC) in the state of Arizona. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families to help them improve their well-being and relationships. I specialize in treating addictions and have worked with clients who have substance use concerns and eating disorders.
