I pride myself on my therapeutic style centered around respect and empathy. I work with diverse mental health communities and bring a collaborative approach to every session.

I was very skeptical about Zoom therapy. I thought therapy had to be in person to be conducive. However, Monica is great. Even via Zoom I feel I can open up to her. I have been going through the worst time of my life and she is giving tools on everything from how to deal with it, move forward and actually get some sleep. She let me decide on my own that I also needed anti-depressants, and has been encouraging about it. I also tried to make an appointment with my insurance with a psychiatrist and the first appointment they would give was almost 4 weeks out. She contacted my insurance and I got into a psychiatrist within 2 days. She is doing everything possible to expedite getting me out of a dark place.

Guiding people in self-improvement is my calling. My goal is to provide clients with an individualized experience in which they feel safe opening up and learning about themselves and their amazing potential.

I had many different situations that I needed to work through, and Diana was able to help me think better and feel better. She had many tools that she shared with me, empowering me to help myself think and feel better. She was a very good communicator, listening and helping me clarify my feelings about situations. This was my first time in therapy. I was able to talk freely to her about what was whirling through my mind, and when I felt overwhelmed I could ask her to just talk and explain a thought technique to deal better with situations. She was able to provide me with many resources that I use in my daily life.
