For the past five years, I’ve worked across detox, residential, and outpatient settings, supporting adolescents, adults, couples, veterans, and individuals.

I earned a PhD from Washington University in St. Louis & completed a 2-year NIH-funded postdoctoral fellowship in Psychiatry at WashU Medical School. I offer warm, collaborative, evidence-based therapy for adults and teens 16+ facing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood issues, life changes, chronic illness, and religious trauma.

I am an animal lover & I am trauma specialist. Many of my clients find their way to me after trying traditional methods that didn’t quite address the deeper layers of what they’re carrying.

So a little about me: I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from the University of La Verne in 2006 and have since dedicated my career to supporting individuals struggling with trauma, attachment issues, and anxiety. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR.

My goal is to help you achieve those goals in a compassionate, client-centered and empowering way. I want to help you find your most authentic self and feel the freedom and power that is in withing you.

My orientation is deeply rooted in the principles of depth psychology. Unlike conventional psychology programs that primarily focus on conscious behaviors and symptom management, my work delves into the rich and transformative world of the unconscious.

We will be able to discover what are the possible roadblocks that are holding you back from attaining those goals. Nothing makes me happier than to see a person grow into their authentic self.
