I work with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents, integrating mind-body-spirit connection toward healing. I specifically help those who have been victims of narcissistic abuse in early childhood and current adult relationships. This trauma is real and needs compassionate processing.

I have had the privilege of serving individuals with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders. I also have extensive experience working with older adults and navigating the unique challenges they face.

I've worked in the mental health field in both a hospital and government setting. I consider it a privilege to work with clients in helping them reach their goals in treatment.

I bring over 25 years of experience in mental health, ranging from addiction to trauma. I believe in a strength-based approach in providing clients support because everyone has skills, talents, and abilities to tap into to assist them in overcoming life's challenges.

My educational background consists of earning my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master's in Clinical Counseling, and a Master's in Addictions. My areas of concentration include grief and significant trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addictions, and a sub-concentration in eating disorders.
