I feel incredibly lucky to have found a profession that allows me to use my skills in empathy, confrontation, and communication to help others.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor specializing in trauma, narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, substance abuse, and women’s mental health.
