Hey there, I am so glad you’ve come to find me. I am trained in mindfull CBT, CAMS, EMDR and Trauma informed CBT. I am a trained Crisis Professional with Colorado BHA. I work with people suffering from depression, anxeity, trauma, addictions and co-existing mental health disorders. I am a pre-9/11 veteran.

I create a supportive space where you can share openly about what brings you to therapy. My focus is on listening carefully to your needs and helping you develop practical tools to move forward with clarity and confidence in your daily life.
