My heart is especially with those starting over—whether from death, divorce, or major transitions. I hold professional credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and an ABS Board Certified Sex Therapist, among others. My primary therapeutic approach is known as Client-Centered or Rogerian, meaning it's not my job to 'fix' you but to help you learn how to figure it out.

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own—having the right support can make the process feel a little less heavy and a lot more hopeful. I approach therapy as both a collaborative relationship and a meaningful process of discovery, helping you make sense of patterns, heal from trauma, and move forward with clarity and self compassion.
