While I have experience and training in a variety of therapeutic modalities, I prefer to conduct most of my sessions from a person-centered perspective. My style of therapy usually involves a blend of authenticity, compassion, and creating a safe space for us to explore the hard-hitting questions.

I am licensed in Washington with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, bipolar disorder, & depression. With experience working with adults and children as young as 3, I believe that even in the darkest moments, the sun will always rise. I weave together nature-based therapy, Somatic Awareness, Attachment, Exposure therapy, or play therapy to create a personalized healing journey.
