I specialize in trauma-informed care, supporting you at your pace as you heal, grow, and reconnect with your inner strength.

I work with adolescents and adults to help them achieve their therapeutic goals using a holistic approach. When I'm not practicing therapy, I enjoy gardening, being outside, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
