I have worked in the field of: primary, medical and secondary trauma for 22 years, and support people through both anxiety and depression. I am a practitioner of restorative yoga, ear acupuncture, meditation, dance therapy and intentional self care.

I have experience treating eating disorders at the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels. I have specialized training in trauma treatment modalities such as EMDR and TF-CBT.

I help people figure out their substance use problems, address mental health concerns, learn stress and anger management, explore trauma, and alleviate relationship conflicts. The clients I work with are usually focused on self-improvement and self-discovery.

We all have experiences that have impacted us, and my goal is to be a space for you to feel heard, understood, and gain insight and skills to navigate an ever-changing world as your best self. I've supported people in crisis and those struggling with addiction.
