Thank you for considering me as your therapist. I am originally from North Carolina, was transported to Colorado via the military, and have lived here for almost 20 years. I am a licensed clinical social worker who truly enjoys advocating and assisting clients to reach their highest selves.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals and couples navigating anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
