As a counselor and 18 year active duty military spouse, I understand how demanding and complex life can feel, especially when you’re used to holding a lot together for others. I provide a supportive, real-world space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and start moving forward with clarity.

My work centers on helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate trauma, identity, and personal growth. I hold professional credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and an ABS Board Certified Sex Therapist, among others. My primary therapeutic approach is known as Client-Centered or Rogerian, meaning it's not my job to 'fix' you but to help you learn how to figure it out.

I provide specialized interventions by way of CBT for mental health help, as well as the use of the unique modality of EMDR for trauma, motivational interviewing to help with substance abuse and addictions, and I am Gottman trained for couples work. These modalities help a broad spectrum of issues and traumas. I am proud to walk beside my clients.
