I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Connecticut. I have over thirty years of experience in the mental health field, beginning as a Board Certified School Psychologist, then adding Board Certification as a Prevention Specialist, and five years ago starting practice as a Professional Counselor.

I have focused my practice on supporting families through life cycle transitions, beginning with pregnancy through childhood, adolescence, and college. My clinical specialties include anxiety, depressed mood, and relationships. I am also trained by Postpartum Support International to work with the unique challenges of pregnancy and postpartum.
