I have experience in helping clients with stress, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, life transitions, challenges, etc. I believe you are the expert of your own story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming challenges. I work with medically complex patients who struggle with depression, exclusion, and loneliness. I offer a safe, therapeutic space where individuals with similar health challenges can connect through guided individual and group therapy and psychosocial support.

I have five years of professional experience in the behavioral health field, primarily working with individuals who are looking to overcome addiction in agency and hospital settings. As the wife of a physician and someone who has worked closely with healthcare professionals, I understand firsthand how compassion fatigue can take a toll.

Life's ups and downs often lead us to develop coping methods that don't always serve us well. When faced with stress or unexpected situations, we may become confused, frustrated, withdrawn, or combative. Sometimes we need help developing positive coping skills to handle life's challenges.
