With a Master’s from the University of West Georgia and seven years of clinical experience, I’ve dedicated much of my career to supporting individuals of all ages as they heal their relationship with food and their bodies.

I work with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, Autism, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, and addiction. I have advanced specialized training in anxiety disorders (OCD/PANIC), neurodivergence, giftedness, trauma, and military life/veteran concerns.

I specialize in teenage boys with ADHD. I was that kid. I struggled through high school and didn't get real support until the end. Treatment changed everything. I went from community college to two of Florida's most prestigious public universities. Now I do this work because I know what it takes to reach these boys.

I work with young and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. My goal is to help you achieve your treatment goals through evidence-based approaches that provide practical skills and a deeper understanding of your challenges.
