I am a warm and compassionate therapist who strives to create a safe, supportive space for clients. I am goal-oriented and focused on helping individuals make meaningful progress toward positive change. I help individuals, couples, and families with addictions, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, family conflict, grief and loss, impulse control, life transitions, and substance use. I also help seniors balance mental and physical health while adjusting to caring for loved ones.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I provide a grounded, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, helping you build insight, strengthen coping, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
