I’ve spent over 30 years helping people of all ages work through life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, grief, family struggles, or past trauma. I’ve become especially passionate about supporting those under high stress, helping those who carry a lot of emotional weight from their work. My goal is to offer a safe, down-to-earth space for clients.
