I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience in behavioral health across the life span. I have worked in inpatient psychiatric settings, medical environments, private practice, and hospice care. I combine clinical expertise with creativity, expressive approaches, and presence.

I help people struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, PTSD, grief and loss, and eating disorders. I use a strengths-based approach that includes Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support meaningful change.
