I am so grateful that you are here, ready to explore ways to feel better in life. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience. I graduated from the University at Buffalo with my MSW in 2005, and have worked in various capacities and age groups over the years.

My focus areas include anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, stress, PTSD, grief, anger management, trauma, social-emotional behavior issues, learning disabilities, spirituality, college and career counseling, sports counseling, and school counseling.
