I have my master's degree in social work from the University of Kentucky and I am independently licensed in Iowa. I have experience in most areas especially severe and persistent mental illness and substance use. If you don't like a therapist who will make you laugh from time to time I'm probably not the best one for you.

I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I provide therapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
