I am a Psy.D., Doctor of Psychology, university professor with 14 years of direct counseling experience and am licensed in multiple states. I am greatly experienced in helping people on the autism spectrum lead fuller lives and go beyond the doubt and anxiety that occurs with autistic traits. Anxiety, depression, and autism are my primary focus.

Starting therapy can feel scary in the beginning, and I am here to help make this experience be the least non-intimidating and positive as possible. It takes a lot of strength to ask for help, and I want to be here for you as you take these major steps forward in your life.

I earned my Master of Health Science degree from the University of Florida in Rehabilitation Counseling. I was first licensed as a counselor in Florida in 2001. Now I am licensed as a counselor in four states: New Hampshire, Florida, Iowa, and Louisiana. I have over 20 years of experience.
