I am Jim Judkins, a licensed therapist who has over 38 years of experience providing counseling in the state of Iowa. I am from Iowa and have graduated from the University of Iowa. I know how to make you feel much better through counseling. I have been doing video telehealth counseling for over 13 years and have good results with my clients.

I focus on establishing a professional, healthy rapport with clients while helping with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and trauma. I work hard to be an ally to the LGBTQ community, as I have worked with several clients and have friends who are part of the community.

I’m a mental health therapist who is passionate about helping people heal, grow, and find new ways forward. I am a Psy.D., Doctor of Psychology, university professor with 14 years of direct counseling experience and am licensed in multiple states. I am greatly experienced in helping people on the autism spectrum lead fuller lives and go beyond the doubt and anxiety that occurs with autistic traits. Anxiety, depression, and autism are my primary focus.
