I have my master's degree in social work from the University of Kentucky and I am independently licensed in Iowa. I have experience in most areas especially severe and persistent mental illness and substance use. If you don't like a therapist who will make you laugh from time to time I'm probably not the best one for you.

My approach blends attachment theory with IFS and narrative therapy to uncover unhelpful patterns and foster authentic growth aligned with your values and identity. As an LISW (IA), I am/ have been a clinical therapist, a psychiatric medical institution for children, a school social worker supporting public schools (PK, K-8), and an Early ACCESS Social Worker (Birth-3yo). Previous work in KS & MO involved child welfare, special needs adoption, Military Families, domestic violence, & geriatric psychiatric care.
