Her education and training have led her to study abroad in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she collaborated with NGOs to address social determinants of health and health inequality.

I am a dedicated mental health therapist specializing in childhood trauma and substance use recovery. With a compassionate, client-centered approach, I blend evidence-based therapies like DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic techniques to help clients heal, grow, and reclaim their lives.
