As a therapist with over a decade of experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. My motivation stems from assisting others to navigate their unique experiences and find healthy ways to express themselves and communicate their needs.

I have a depth of knowledge and experience in a number of areas including adult children of alcoholics, alcoholism, family of origin issues, victims of abuse and trauma. Having worked in psychiatry and community service for over thirty years I have treated a wide range of populations.
