I'm the founder of Step by Step Healing Services. With more than 16 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and understanding. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted exactly as you are.

I have experience working in a variety of clinical settings with a variety of clinical presentations. I am trained in EMDR and other evidence-based approaches, specific to needs.
